This machine is used to cool down and store the pellets. There are fans and screens inside the machine. The airflow dries and cools the particles. In addition, the sieve helps to collect pure particles.
Product Description
It is mainly used for cooling pellet feed in feed pelletizing workshop. Cool the 70-90 degree pellet feed out of the pellet mill to a temperature slightly higher than the ambient temperature of 3-5 degrees, and reduce it to a safe moisture content. The cooled granules can not only improve the hardness of the granules, but also prevent mildew, which is beneficial to the transportation and storage of the granules.
1.The principle of countercurrent cooling is adopted to make the pellet feed fully and uniformly cooled;
2.The countercurrent cooler adopts a unique slide valve discharge device, which runs smoothly and discharges smoothly;
3.Simple maintenance and convenient installation and arrangement;
4.Cooling The final particle temperature is about 3-5 degrees higher than the room temperature;
5. It is easy to adjust and has a high degree of automation. Widely used for cooling of various slurries.
6.Octagonal structure, uniform heat dissipation, no dead angle.
Advantages of counterflow coolers:
1.Counterflow cooler, low air consumption; 2. The temperature difference between particles and cold air is minimized; 3. Counterflow cooler discharge system, to ensure uniform distribution of particles
Performance
Feed Counterflow Cooler Performance
1. Countercurrent cooling, cooling the particles, reducing the humidity, the temperature of the particles after cooling is 3-5°C higher than the room temperature; the precipitation rate = 3.5%.
2. Rear elastic support greatly reduces noise and improves sorting performance.
3. Adopting slide valve discharge structure, the operation is stable and reliable, and the residue is small.
4. Suitable for cooling various granular materials.
Working Principle
How Feed Counterflow Coolers Work
When the granules come out of the granulator, they contain a certain amount of moisture of 8-17%, and the temperature is around 70-85°C. If the ambient air humidity is high, the granules will absorb moisture in the air and become moldy during storage. Therefore feed pellet coolers are required to keep the pellets dry and safe for storage requirements.
