The structure of the straw briquetting machine mainly includes eight parts: motor, feeding mechanism, feeding hopper, pulley, belt, protective cover, ring die compression chamber and base.

Use of straw briquetting machine

Precautions for using straw briquetting machine:

1. Check whether all equipment of the machine is ready, whether the bolts are tightened, whether the V-belt and pulley are on the same horizontal plane, and the tightness of the belt.

2. Fix the four corners of the straw briquetting machine with bolts or cement.

3. After the briquetting machine is enabled, run it idle for 3-5 minutes. If no abnormality is found, put the material evenly into the machine.

4. If the briquetting machine makes abnormal noise during operation, stop working immediately, find out the cause, solve the problem in time and start working again.

5. Before putting the material into the briquetting machine, remember to check whether there are hard objects such as stones and metals in the material to avoid damaging the machine.

6. The roller and the main shaft should be lubricated periodically.

7. In order to start the machine normally next time, put some materials with high moisture content into the machine before stopping it to block the ring die hole, and then turn off the power directly.
