Description of TMR Mixer

TMR is the abbreviation of Total Mixed Rations. A total mixed ration (TMR) is a mixture of roughage, concentrate, minerals, vitamins and other additives. TMR mixer can ensure that every bite of ration taken by dairy cows is a complete ration with a stable ratio of concentrate to roughage and consistent nutrient concentration.

Maintainance of TMR Fodder Mixing Machine

1. Regular maintenance of Animal Feed TMR Mixer:

(1) The engine oil and oil filter must be replaced every month and records must be kept.

(2) The entire machine must be cleaned once a week. If necessary, it must be cleaned immediately.

(3) The TMR weighing system must be calibrated once every two weeks. Antifreeze and winter diesel must be replaced in advance before winter comes. Take antifreeze measures for the machine if necessary.

2. Daily maintenance of Livestock Feed TMR Mixing Machine

In fact, the routine maintenance of TMR is nothing more than: replacing the blade (using the interval rule), grease, cleaning the inside and outside of the machine, and removing dirt from the machine body. Blow the radiator and air filter until they are blown through, and replace the air filter with a new one regularly. Grease the drive shaft of the TMR mixer box and the loader's large and small arms and bucket pins once a day. Grease the transmission, steering system and rear axle of all vehicles once a week.
