SUNSHINE Industrial Energy-saving Biomass Sawdust Wood Rolling Fuel Rotary Dryer
The rotary dryer consists of a rotary drum lifting plate drive device support device and a sealing ring. The rotary dryer has a reasonable design, large cloth volume, low energy consumption and convenient control.
Rotary dryers are widely used in material drying in cement, mining, construction, chemical, food, compound fertilizer and other industries. Thermocouples are installed in the feeding and discharging units to control the temperature. The temperature change of the dryer can also be indicated by a thermometer, which is convenient for internal temperature control of the dryer (generally 250-350℃).
The heat source of the dryer comes from the combustion chain. Since the dryer adopts an inclined device, when the material enters the body from the feeding device, it will flow to the bottom under the action of gravity due to the inclined position of the dryer. This process makes the material evenly distributed in the body and ensures heat exchange with hot air. After repeated cycles of this process, the moisture is dried and discharged from the dryer.
It can be widely used in the drying of river sand, sludge, coal slime, sawdust, sand, tofu residue, chicken manure, organic fertilizer, feed, Chinese medicine residue, distiller's grains, vinegar residue and other fields.
