Instructions for Feed Machinery Operation:

1. The crusher should be fixed to a cement foundation for long-term operation. If the work location changes frequently, the crusher and motor should be installed on a base made of angle steel. If the crusher is diesel-powered, the power of the two should be matched, meaning the diesel engine power is slightly greater than the crusher power, and the pulley grooves on both should be identical, with the outer ends of the pulleys aligned.

2. After installing the crusher, check the tightness of all fasteners. Tighten any loose parts.

3. Check the belt tension for appropriate tension and the parallelism of the motor and crusher shafts.

4. Before starting the crusher, manually rotate the rotor to check that the teeth, hammers, and rotor are operating smoothly and reliably, that there is no collision within the housing, and that the rotor's rotation direction is consistent with the arrow on the crusher. Check that the motor and crusher are properly lubricated.
