IV. Structure and working principle

V. Installation and debugging

1. The machine should be installed on a flat and solid site when working.

3. Before installing the belt, check whether the rotation direction of the indexing power is consistent with the cutting direction of the grass mower. After confirming that it is correct, adjust the installed belt and make it appropriately tight.

4. Before starting, check and adjust the gap between the moving and fixed knives of the grass mower to control the gap adjustment to less than 0.8 mm without collision, and then tighten the bolts.

5. After all parts are adjusted normally and confirmed to be correct, turn on the power for trial operation, check whether the fasteners of each part are loose, and whether there are abnormal sounds in each rotating part.

VI. Safe operation and maintenance

1. Before starting the machine, you must read the instruction manual carefully, and adjust and maintain it according to its fixation. The operator must master the structure and functional requirements of the machine.
