Lubrication system

1. The lubricating oil of the gearbox adopts an independent water cooling system, which can reduce the oil temperature and increase the service life of the internal bearings.

2. The main shaft bearing is lubricated by the thin oil of the reducer itself, which can not only achieve the lubrication effect, but also reduce the temperature of the main shaft bearing.

3. The roller bearing adopts an independent automatic oil filling system, with regular oil filling, good stability and long service life.

Raw materials All biomass wastes, such as wood, straw, cotton stalks, rice husks, peanut husks, bamboo, empty fruit branches, waste paper, corn cob and palm fiber, etc.

Requirements for raw materials: 1-2mm (all raw materials must be pulverized into sawdust before going to the wood pellet machine. If not, you may need a wood chipper, wood crusher.) Moisture is general, 10-15% is the best of high-quality wood pellets. If it's too high or too low, you'll need to dry or wet them first.

Transmission system
