Check the feed pellet machine and parts on time. First, check whether the oscillating parts such as bolts and bearings on the worm gear and worm slider are loose and worn. If any defect is found, no further use is allowed.

The feed pellet unit should be used in a dry room. After use or when it is stranded, the remaining powder should be cleaned and brushed, and then installed and ready for next use. If it is out of service for too long, the entire feed pellet machine must be wiped clean, and the smooth surface of the machine must be coated with anti-rust oil and covered with a cloth.

If the gear shaft moves, adjust the screw at the rear of the bearing frame to the appropriate position. The bearings will not make noise when adjusting the interval. It is best to turn the pulley by hand and tighten it appropriately. If it is too tight or too loose, the machine may be damaged.
