Sunshine Industrial Hot Selling Poultry Ring Die Pellet Feed Pellet Machine
Range of use and functions
Pellet mill is the main equipment for producing pellet feed in feed factory. Reasonable structure, large capacity and low power consumption. Gear transmission and speed-regulating feeding device are adopted. Add the right amount of steam, molasses, oil, etc. as needed. Mainly used in feed mills. It is also suitable for the production of various coarse and fine grain feeds in livestock and poultry farms. It is also used in chemical, fertilizer processing, and sugar industries.
Small footprint, low power consumption, low noise, compact structure, beautiful appearance, stable performance. The host, feeder and conditioner all use three independent drive motors. The feeder adopts frequency conversion motor, which can be adjusted within a certain range according to the capacity.
Features of feed pellet machine:
(1) Using the latest technology to produce a variety of feeds.
(2) The bearings, oil seals and O-rings of the transmission part are all imported.
(3) The design, quality and appearance of the machine are at the international advanced level.
(4) The main transmission part adopts high-precision gear transmission, and the output is increased by 15-20%.
(5) The gear rotation adopts high-precision gear grinding, which reduces vibration and skew.
(6) The outer paint is sprayed, and the light fastness is good.
(7) Improve efficiency and reduce labor intensity.
(8) The adjustment system is made of stainless steel, which is hygienic and has a long service life.
(9) Multiple air inlets are used to replenish steam, so that the material is fully heated and the effect is better.
(10) The oil circulation cooling and lubricating system improves the cooling and lubricating effect of key bearings.
Working principle
After feeding and tempering, the powder enters the granulation chamber composed of the pressing roller and the ring die through the feeding gate, and is evenly fed into the two pressing areas in the ring die by the feeding scraper under the action of centrifugal force. Under the strong extrusion of the die, the powder is compacted into the die hole, and the formed material is extruded from the die hole into a columnar shape, and then cut into particles of the required length by the cutter.
