It is used for pretreatment of animal feed to reduce nutrient loss, increase protein content and make feed easier to digest by animals.

3. The floating time can be controlled by adjusting the puffing degree.

4. The floating feed extruder can make pellets with a diameter of 1mm-12mm by changing the mold.

5. Electric heating device is adopted to improve feed expansion rate and particle floating time.

6. The high-temperature and high-pressure cooking process can kill salmonella and bacterial infection, and also make the particles easy to digest.

7. The cutting device can be adjusted to make particles of different lengths.

8. The wet machine requires the boiler to generate steam, and guide the steam to the conditioner to ripen the raw materials in advance.
