Automatic packaging machines are mechanical devices used for product packaging. They are simple and convenient to operate. However, after prolonged use, automatic packaging machines will inevitably experience wear and tear. So, how can we extend the lifespan of automatic packaging machines?

1. When adjusting the ironing head of the automatic packaging machine, do not set the temperature too high, otherwise it will affect the machine's adhesion. After prolonged use, the operator needs to lubricate all parts of the machine to ensure normal operation.

2. Depending on the usage of the automatic packaging machine, the ironing head needs to be preheated to ensure that the packaging machine can complete the packaging work during operation.

3. Furthermore, when using the automatic packaging machine, the operator needs to pay close attention to its operation. If the packaging machine makes abnormal noise or malfunctions, the power should be turned off immediately to prevent accidents.

4. We need to establish a system for cleaning and maintaining the baling machine and record the details of each maintenance. The working surfaces of the automatic baling machine need to be cleaned before and after use; the belts should also be cleaned; and easily damaged parts, such as blades and ironing heads, also need to be cleaned.

5. When repairing the packing machine, workshop personnel must record the machine's malfunctions each time for future reference. When operating the machine in the workshop, operators must be careful not to put their hands inside the machine while it is running to avoid danger. Before leaving get off work each day, operators must use compressed air to blow away dust and sharp objects from the machine's internal parts; scrape off hot slag from the metal parts with a blade; and clean the dirt from the iron's exhaust fan.
